These files represent reconstructions of the best remaining recordings of the agencies long abandonded project to explore 'spontaneous composition.' Code named NEEF, the project eventually drew fire from outsiders for 'trivializing' and 'going to far' and was closed down. The reality is far more complicated and the true story has yet to be told. This much is known: surviving participants have all left the agency despite unlimited resources being allocated to their re-habilitation. Not one of them has ever seeked work at this level again. Conversations are reportedly 'unintelligible.'
